Frequently asked questions
Where will you drop off the totes at my home?
You can choose to have the totes delivered to your front door or your garage door. We currently do not deliver totes inside homes. For apartments or condos located above the ground floor, a stair fee will apply.
What are the tote dimensions?
Each tote measures 27″ x 17″ x 12″ and holds 2.5 cubic feet of items. With a weight capacity of up to 100 pounds, these totes are sturdy and practical. For safety, we recommend stacking no more than 5 totes high.
How many totes will I need?
- Studio Apartment: 25 totes
- 1-2 Bedroom Home: 50 totes
- 3-4 Bedroom Home: 75 totes
- 5-6+ Bedroom Home: 100 totes
When should I order my totes?
We recommend reserving your totes 1-2 weeks before your moving date to ensure availability. However, we can often accommodate last-minute orders with as little as 24 hours’ notice if inventory permits.
Does someone need to be home for the drop-off?
Yes, an adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept the delivery. A signature will be required to confirm receipt of the totes.
Do totes come with additional packing materials?
Absolutely! We provide label cards and zip ties at no extra cost to help you secure and organize your totes.
What is your cancellation policy?
You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel your order at least 72 hours in advance. For cancellations made less than 72 hours before delivery, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
